NEW PARTY
MEMBERS IN GERMANY DEMAND FOR 'FREEDOM WORLD PEACE IDEAL By Telegraph—Press Associations —Copyright (Received April 11, 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN, April 10 A widely circulated pamphlet reveals the existence of a new German party—the German Freedom Party—the membership of which, it is claimed, already includes "resolute" men and women of all conditions and professions. " In the party's ranks are fighting Catholics and Protestants, Nationalists, Socialists, Democrats and even Nazis." The new party's programme is stated as follows:—Freedom of speech; free elections; religious liberty; peaceful understandings wiih all nations, particularly with France, Poland and Czechoslovakia. The party also demands the withdrawal of German troops from General Franco's armies in Spain. The pamphlet concludes: " Friends, act cleverly and propagate carefully. To-day only a few hundreds are with us, but soon it will be thousands and later millions."
