DARGAVILLE SCHEME [by telegraph—OWN" correspondent] DARGAVILLE, Saturday A meeting of members of the Dargaville District High School Committee, three representatives of the Borough Council and one or two persons from outside schools is to he held next week on the question of the supply of milk in local schools. A Department of Health circular had just come to hand, slSid the chairman of the school committee. Mr. J. R. Alderson, this morning. This provided for obtaining milk pasteurised and in bottles for Is 3d a gallon for 200 days in the. year. This price, he considered, was not sufficient inducement for farmers to supply tho milk.
