EASTER CAMPS
CHURCHES OF CHRIST ASSEMBLY AT PUKEKOHE [from orn own correspondent] PUKEKOHE, Saturday Members of the West Street and Walters Road Churches of Christ, Auckland, with others from Hamilton, Thames, Waihou and other distiicts, are spending Easter at a family camp in the Pukckohp primary school. The gathering numbers about 120 people, and has as camp president Pastor William Campbell, of West Street, with Mr. A. Hood as camp father, and Mrs. William 0. Penman as camp mother. In a largo marquee, meetings are held daily.
METHODIST GIRLS' CLASSES GATHERING AT PAKRATA [from Ol"R OWN correspondent] PUKEKOHE, Saturday At Wesley College, Pacratft, 114 members of the Methodist gins Bible classes in Auckland and environs, including Waiuku, are spending a very happy vacation. Studv circles are held in the mornings, and varying forms of recreation tiif the afternoons. Last evening there was an open forum on ''The Cleaning of Church .Membership," followed by the presentation of the play "'J lie Other Jesus." This evening, at tea, a presentation of a silver sandwich dish was made to Mrs. W. Gatman, of Birkenhead, who is acting as camp mother, and whose silver wedding anniversary falls to-day.
