CHRISTIAN CONVENTION

The half-yearly Auckland Christian Convention was continued at the Town Hall yesterday. "Palestine from the Bible Point of View"' was the subject chosen by Mr. George Menzies in the afternoon. Mr. C. J. Drake, "Wellington, spoke on "The Wonder of the Bible" last night. The meeting will be concluded to-day, when the speakers will be Messrs. T. H. Dunlop. G. Menzies and C. J. Drake and Dr. Northcote Dock. The final meeting will be addressed by Mr. H. Yoil and and Dr. Deck this evening.
