SAILORS WITHDRAW PICKETS MONTEREY LIKELY TO SAIL SAN FRANCISCO, March 27 The port of San Francisco was reopened yesterday when tho waterside •workers' leader, Harry Bridges, persuaded the sailors to withdraw their pickets. The Monterey is expected to depart at her scheduled time on Tuesday ior Auckland, New Zealand.
