DEATH OF DR. GROUITCH INCIDENT BEFORE GREAT WAR LONDON. March 21 The death has occurred of tho Yugoi slav Minister to the Court of St. James, Dr. Slavko Grouitch. who received the Austro-Hungarian Note to Serbia which led up to the world war. Dr. Grouitch, who was formerly Yugoslav Minister at Washington, was ; made Marshal, after General Alexani der Dimitrievitch was dismissed for j failing to prevent the assassination of j Archduke Alexander at Sarajevo. He i was married to an American woman, I formerly Miss Mabel Gordon Dunlop, of I Clarksburg, West Virginia.
