{title of count awarded (Received March 11, 5.5 p.m.) ROME. March 10 The Italian Ambassador to Britain, Signor Grandi, has been given the title Count by King Victor Emmanuel. Count Grandi, who was born in 1895, has been Ambassador in London since 1932. He has represented Italy on the league Assembly and on various international bodies'. He is a member of the general council of the Fascist Party in 1929-32 he was Minister of foreign Affairs.
