Russell, who has been a member of the staff of the Opotiki post office for the past eight years, has been appointed postmaster at Huatoria. He will be succeeded as supervisor in the Opotiki office by Mr. 01. 1). White. Mr. L. 15. 0. Uullard, Ruatoria, has been transferred as postmaster to Tolaga Bay.
