BRIDGE AFTERNOON
AID FOR PLUNKET FUNDS Organised by Mrs. D. R. Welch and Mrs. C. E. Wilson, a successful bridge afternoon was held in the Oddfellows' Hall, Ngaruawahia, recently, in aid of the local Plunket funds. Mrs. Wilson presented prizes to the following: Highest score, Mrs. W. Cavanagh; runner-up, Mrs. Caldwell; hidden number, Mrs. Littleproud and Mrs. Sodersten. Those present were: —The Mayoress.
