MONKS READY FOR SIEGE CAIRO, March 5 In spite of a threat of unfrocking, the monks in the monastery near Assiut continued their defiant "stay-in" tactics to-day, stating that they were prepared for a two years' siege. Unfrocking would mean that the monks would be in illegal possession ol' the monastery, and the authorities would then be justified in evicting them by force.
