The principal events, the Fergusson and Papatoetoe Handicaps, are worth ' £3OO and £225 respectively, with limits of 4.34 and 2.48. . Tho Henderson Handicap, which last season was a mile saddle, is altered to a mile and a-half harness race, and the distance of the Whitford Handicap has been extended to two miles.
