Lord Chamberlain, the Earl of Cromer (re-appointed). Lord •Steward, the Duke of Buecleueh and Queensberry. Master of the Horse, the Duke of Beaufort. Treasurer of the Household, Sir George Penny (re appointed).
Comptroller of the Household, Sir Lambert Ward. Vice-Chamberlain of the Household, Sir George Davies. Private secretary, Major Alexander Hardinge. Assistant private secretaries, Messrs. F. H. Mitchell and A. F. Lascelles and Sir Frio Melville. Keeper of the King's archives, Lord W igram (formerly private secretary). Keeper of the Privy Purse, Major Lliek Alexander. Financial secretary to the King, Mi\ F. P. Robinson. High Almoner, the Archbishop of Canterbury.
Prebendary Archvillo is appointed Precentor of the Chapels Royal. Under the heading of the medical household thcie are 35 appointments headed by Lord Dawson of Penn,. Lord Horder, Sir John Weir and Sir Maurice Cassidy.
The Earl of At.hlone is to be Constable and Governor of Windsor Castle. Mr. John Masefield continues to be Poet Laureate,
