CAPITAL ISSUE PROPOSED £bY TELKGRArH —PiIKSS association] WELLINGTON, Sunday The directors of Younghusband, Limited, Melbourne, have advised the Stock Exchange Association that transfer books will be closed on February 15 in connection with a proposed new share issue.

The company is engaged in the business of wool, grain and produce brokers and stock and station agents. The authorised capital of £250,000 in £1 shares is issued and paid up. A total of 50,000 new £1 shares was issued at a premium of os a share in March, 1924, and in April, 1927, 100,000 new £1 shares were subscribed at a premium of 15s a share. The reserve fund in the last balance-sheet at March 31, 1936, totalled £215,000.
