HUGE FISH OBSERVED

APPEARANCE IN HARBOUR What observers report ta have been whales were seen in the Waitemata Harbour late yesterday afternoon. The huge fish, of which there were four, each estimated to be over 30ft. long, were first noticed in Raugitoto Channel, but later were seen off the end of Western Wharf, when they were heading up the harbour. When in Raugitoto Channel and oil Western Wharf they were stated to have been spouting.
