Duck eggs, which sold last week at Is 4d. have risen to- Is 6d a dozen. First grade hen eggs have risen from Is 6d to Is fid, while second grade are now Is 6d instead of Is 4d.

There were fewer changes in the prices of fruit and vegetables this week. Jonathan and Winesap apples are cheaper and are now six and eight for a shilling instead of five and six for a shilling.
