RAGWORT ERADICATION
Sir. —Kindly allow me spam for a lew lines in sympathy with "Rhoderick Dim's" opinion of ragwort control. Ho has fully summed up the position when he asks what is the use of so much money being spent when people continue to close their eyes to the yellow (lower, which should not only be pulled but carefully burned. 1 am unfortunately the victim of neighbours who do not seem to realise that they have n. duty to themselves and their fellow men, bv doing their best to help to eradicate this terrible enemy. I believe we have an inspector who resides in the Matamata district, but I have never heard once of him visiting my district (Manawaru, near Tc Aroha). Victim.
