FASCIST SALUTE

WARNING TO ITALIANS USE INSTEAD OF HAND-SHAKE (Received January S, 5.5 p.m.) ROME, Jan. 7 Signor Achille Staraee, general secretary of the Italian Fascist Party, has issued an order bluntly warning members of the party to give the Fascist salute instead of the handshake.
