INCREASED PRODUCTION £80,000,000 LAST YEAR MOSCOW, Jan. (i Russia's increased gold production—estimated at. £80,000,000 worth last year—is piling up a huge reserve, which will l>e available for use in time of war. The total already is believed to exceed in value the Tsar's £200,000,000 in 1914. Russia now is the world's second highest gold producer. Dozens of towns are springing up in the mining regions of Siberia, Kazakstau and the Lrnl Mountains.,
