MEASURES IN CASE OF WAR DUTIES OF NEW OFFICIAL LONDON, Jan. 1 Thero has been mystery as to the undefined duties of Colonel R. S. Stafford, who recently was appointed to the administrative staff of the British Broadcasting Corporation. It is disclosed now that he is engaged in devising measures to bo taken by the organisation in the event of war. An official statement says it is obvious that measures must be considered in connection with any unforeseen contingency in rational affairs which may affect the vital service of broadcasting.
