MERGER OF RIVAL LINES £ TOKIO, Jan. 4 'I he Japanese shipping company Osaka Shosen Kaisha has obtained control of the .competing line Kokusai Kaisen Kaisha, which possesses 10 modern liners and a number of cargo boats, by tha purchase of three-fourths of the shares.
