DOWNPOUR LAST MONTH [BY TELEGRAPIt —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Tuesday A record rainfall was registered at Rarotonga on December 10, when 9.G3in. fell at the wireless station and 11.4 in. at Avarua. The figures for 24 hours are the highest for nine years.
