A PERFECT PARTY DISH!* WE'LL HAVE APRICOT MOULD! i packet of Edmonds Lemon Jelly Crystals, i cup of sugar, I cup dried apricots, water. Soak apricots overnight then cook with 2 cups water and sugar till done. Strain and place apricots in a mould which has been rinsed in cold water. Dissolve Jelly Crystals in apricot syrup, add enough boiling water to make a pint. Leave till cool, beat with egg beater for ten minutes, then pour over apricots and leave to set. Serve with Edmonds Custard. PINEAPPLE TRIFLE! i tin pineapple, J cup cream, i sponge sandwich, i packet Edmonds Jelly Crystals, pineapple flavour, | pint custard made with Edmonds Vanilla Custard Powder. Place sponge cake in a glass dish. Make jelly, using pineapple juice and make up to a pint of liquid with hot water. Pour over and leave till set. Cut up pineapple, put on top and pour custard over. Decorate with whipped cream and cherries or a few crystals from a raspberry jelly packet. and PEACHES CARDINAL! Make a packet of Edmonds Raspberry Jelly Crystals as per directions, leave to set in a glass mould. Turn out and cover with sliced peaches, then whipped cream, then a puree of fresh strawberries, garnish with roses of whipped cream and serve with Edmonds Custard (Raspberry flavour preferred).
