DIAMOND WEDDING
DEVONPORT RESIDENTS The diamond wedding of Mr. and Mrs. T. Wick, of Devon port, was celebrated on Saturday. Born in Nelson B.'J years ago, Mr. HI irk was for a time a member of the Armed Constabulary in Wellington. He was transferred to Tauranga where he married Miss Hannah N iekerv on January 2. 187(5. She is a daughter of Mr. H. Vickery, who arrived in NewZealand by the Merchantman in 1852. Mr. Blick took part in suppressing the rebellions on the Fast Coast. 1 here are one daughter, Miss M. Hlick, of Devonport, two sons, Mr. A. Blick, of Stanley Bay, and Mr. Claud Blick. of Taurauga, and several grandchildren.
