The statistics are as follows, those for the corresponding period for 1935 being given in parentheses .-—Births, 592 (52.'!); deaths, .'354 (288); marriages, 344 (291). The figures for December also showed an increase, the comparisons being as follows: Births, 58 (M 5); deaths, 38 (28); marriages, 37 (36).
