Armstrong, principal assistant to the Colonial Secretary of Fiji, will arrive at Auckland by the.'.MS Narkunda from Australia to-day. He j? is accompanied by Mrs. Armstrong. Major S. Bridge, who has been officer in charge of the Salvation Army at S Hamilton for three, years, has received notice of his transfer to Tnvercargill. He will bo succeeded by Adjutant | Liddle, of Australia. Professor H. P. Scddon.
