BAN ON RED SHIRTS NOTICE TO POLITICAL BODY LONDON, Dec. 30 The red blouses and shirts of the Independent Labour Party's Guild of Youth will be banned timler the new Public Order Act, which will come into force on January 1, according to a letter, which the organisation has received from the Commissioner of Police. The secretary of the party, Mr. Fenner Brockway, replied that be was communicating the letter to his branches, but pointed out that the red shirts and blouses were not a military uniform but were worn for sports, rambles and on similar occasions.
