PROVINCIAL TOURNAMENT PLAY PREVENTED BY RAIN For the second day in succession rain prevented play yesterday in the Auckland Cricket Association's provincial tournament. Tho third series of matches, which was to have been commenced yesterday, will be played today. These games will now bo one-day fixtures. Following is the draw, play commencing at 10.30 o'clock:—Auckland B v. North Auckland, South Auckland v. Poverty Bay.

The points scored to date by tho teams are as follows:—Auckland B, S; South Auckland, 4; North Auckland, 3; Suburban Association, 2; Poverty Bay Association. 2.

MATCH AT PAPATOETOE The following team will represent To Parairo in a match against a team from the Papatoetce Cricket Club, to be commenced to-morrow at 10 a.m. at tho Papatoetoe Recreation Ground:—,T.
