NEW PERFUMES
THE PERSONALITY
In London, unusual interest is centring upon ' perfumes. Among the newest are "Bond Street" and "Night and Day," and, of course, the cocktau perfumes blended at a special perfume bar to match each buyer's personality. "Night and Day" is heavy and sophisticated. So is "Bond Street. .Vith the new glamour of evening frocks, euch perfumes will be more popular than the delicate flower perfumes and. eau de Cologne, which have been so popular this season. "Until the Coronation is over, an expert says, "we shall have a rage of what we call 'ceremonial perfumes. These," he explained, "are more suitable for use with glittering jewels ana rich velvets than the girlish, outdoor, single flower essences."
