Sir, —Residents are quite justified in complaining about the _ entirely unnecessary noise in Mission Bay. One builds there on the understanding that it is an ideal suburb and pays accordingly. J do not wish to appear a spoil sport, but T, as a resident of Mission. Bay, emphatically object to the inccssant din, which more often than not lasts till the early Ikmits of tlx; morning. Surely the ratepayers who have helped to build up and make this ideal suburb so popular deserve some consideration. RATEPAYER.
