AIR-RAID SHELTERS
BUILDING DECREE IN ITALY (Received December 22, 6.45 p.m.) ROME, Dec. '2l A decree compels all houses built in future in Italy to include an adequate air-raid shelter for accommodating the occupants. The refuge must be at least six feet high and must have cement walls five inches thick.
