INSURANCE ON GIRL PAT ACTION BY OWNERS FAILS LONDON, Dec. 21 An action brought against Lloyd's by the Marstrand Fishing Company, owners of the Grimsby trawler Girl Tat, which was illegally taken by her captain and crew to West Africa and British Guiana earlier this year, has been dismissed on tho grounds that, while there had been barratry (a fraudulent act committed by tho master of a ship), tho vessel had not been a total loss.
