PRESENTATION
A farewell was tendered in Te Puke yesterday to Mr. .). Brou n, who is leaving the district after 35 years as manager in the May oi Plenty for the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited. Business and farming interests in tho district were fully represented. A silver tea and coffee service and crystal goblets were presented to Mr. and Mrs. Brown, reference to Mr. Brown's popularity in business circles being made by speakers.
