Dec. 0 It was officially announced on Saturday that in November Japan had purchased from the United States aeroplanes to the value of 682,000 dollars and Russia to the value of 934,000 dollars. This represents an increase over Octobor of: Japan, 574,000 dollars, and Russia, 504,000 dollars. The total purchases of munitions by foreign nations in November was 3,472,000 dollars, compared with 1,501,000 in October.
