ITALIAN REORGANISATION CONTROL TO FOUR FIRMS ROME, Dec. 6 Tho Italian Cabinet has announced a reorganisation of the mercantile marine into four companies, under a Maritime Corporation, with capital of nearly £10,000,000. The Italia Company, with a capital of £5,370,000, and possessing 38 ships, will control transatlantic traffic. The Lloyd-Triestino Line, with 5!) ships of a tonnage of 443,388, and with a capital of £3,100,000, will control African, Asiatic and Australian traffic. Tho others will deal with local waters.
