MRS. SIMPSON RESTING
DRAWN BLINDS AT CANNES VILLA POSSIBILITY OF YACHTING CRUISE (Received December 7. 10.30 p.m.) CANNES, Dec. 7 " Mrs. Simpson is very tired and is not leaiving her room. She will probably not stay more than four or five days, says Mr. Herman Rogers. Mrs. Simpson is residing at the villa of Mr. and Mrs. Rogers, " Lou Vei," Mrs. Rogers being a friend. The blinds at the windows of Mrs. Simpson's rooms were drawn all day. Police guard the villa grounds at all points, and photographers who climbed adjacent trees were disappointed. The captain of Mrs. Reginald Fellowes* yacht, the Sister Anne, which is now in Monte Carlo Harbour, has been ordered aboard the vessel, probably in preparation for a cruise by Mrs. Simpson. Workmen were busy all Sunday altering Mrs. Fellowes villa, " Rocque Brune," near Cap Martin. Possibly Mrs. Simpson may stay there. Mrs. Fellowes is the wife of the Hon. Reginald Fellowes, and formerly was the widow of Prince Jean de Broglio. She has written several books. The Daily Telegraph says that Lord Brownlow, Lord-in-Waiting to the King, escorted Mrs. Simpson from London to Cannes. .
