A luncheon to welcome home the former High Commissioner for New Zealand, Sir -Tames Parr, will be given by the Auckland branch of the Royal Empire Society in the Milne and Chovce Reception Hall to-morrow at 1 o'clock. Sir James will give an address on "PJinpire Affairs."
