REMANDED IN CUSTODY Arrested at her home in New North Road, Kingsland, on Friday, Louisa Beuth (Mr. Robinson), widow, aged 00, appeared before Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.JVI., in the Poli. Court on Saturday, charged with tho unlawful nso of an instrument. On 'the application of DetectiveSergeant Me.Hiigh, a remand was granted until next Saturday. Bail was refused when Mr. McHugh said tho girl concerned was in tho Auckland Hospital and was not out of danger*
