FIVE WICKETS TO GOODSIR After making a good start, with one wicket for 31), University failed in the match against Parnell and when play was declared off it had lost eight wickets for 71. Aickin and Cooper, who opened, were not troubled by the attack until Goodsir bowled Cooper with a ball which came back sharply. After this' stage Goodsir bowled exceptionally well and had all the batsmen troubled. He eventually finished with five wickets for 10 runs in 11 overs, one maiden.
