KING'S NEW TITLE DIFFICULTY OVERCOME r.VKIS, Nov. lfi Le Matin states that the King of Italy will not take the title of King of Italy and Emperor of Ethiopia when he is crowned Emperor, but simply "Emperor of Italy." This is regarded as the Italian method of avoiding recognition of the conquest of Abyssinia in the French Ambassador's credentials, which hitherto had been causing difficulties.
