TAUPIRI ENTERTAINMENT

A very large audience gathered in the Tanpiri Hall on Saturday night when tho Dramatic Club gave a successful'concert. Items which were warmly received were given by Miss AI. Walter, tho club chorus, with Airs. O. AlcFarlane as soloist, Aliss Alyra Booth, Air. Rex Yates (Auckland), Aliss J. Sowman, Airs. W. Waring and Miss AI. Monteith (Hamilton). Members of the club presented a play entitled "Little Glass Houses" besides sketches. Airs. Loo Wilson was the accompanist. Tho proceeds were sufficient to pay for the new hall curtain.
