Sir, —I vorv lionrtily endorse the letter you published in Saturday's Hkrat.d from "Arbor." As a visiting Knglishnian, I stood appalled in Rotorua watching the ruthless destruction <>l' tin* lovely shade trees, the loss of which will reduce the charm of the little town enormously. It is amazing that the citizens can have so little sense of beauty. Is not the beauty of a town its chief attraction for visitorsY A Tourist.
