The Aberdeen Angus breed has won deserved popularity both as a hardy breed for farmers and runholders with high and rough country, and for the production of excellent beef. It has also the virtue of maturing early, and is therefore an ideal cattle breed for the production of young beef suitable for the chilling trade,
