THE NEW CONSTITUTION OPPOSITION OF CONGRESS (Received October 8, 11.55 p.m.) MADRAS, Oct. S "Tho Indian National Congress is going to do its utmost to wreck, destroy and uproot the new constitution," declared Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, president of tho congress, in a speech at. a public mooting. He said it would he fatal for members of the congress to accept office. "Let no member of the congress talk of anything even remotely resembling co-operation in tho working of the new Act." said, tho speaker.
