T DECISION TO CONVENE f QUESTIONS TO BE CONSIDERED (Received October 8, 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY. Oct. 7 A message from Geneva states that the Third Committee of the League Assembly has adopted a resolution approving the convening of the Bureau of Disarmament Conference at a convenient date. The points to be examined by the Bureau will be: (1> The setting up of a Permanent Disarmament Committee. ,(2) The control oi the Manufacture and trade in arms. (3) The question of publicity for expenditure cn arms.
