ST. MICHAEL'S CLUB
LAST DANCE OF SEASON The last of a series of very successful old-time dances organised by the committee of the St. Michael's Dance Club was held in the St. Michael's Hall, Belmont, on Tuesday evening. Streamers of cellophane and crepe pa per cascaded around the lights and decorated the stage, and clusters of coloured balloons lent. a. festive air. Mr. T. McCarthy was in charge of the floor arrangements. During the evening a demonstration of modern ballroom dancing Mas given by Miss Dorothy Thornton and Mr. Cassels Brown. The committee comprised:—Mrs. T. McCarthy, who wore a frock of black floral crepe de chine; Mrs. H. Fleming, ceil blue marocain; Mrs. J. Seagnr, lemon moss crepe; Mrs. B. Follas, black Chantilly lace. Among those present wore: —Mrs. Alison, Mrs. Scott, Mrs. E. Payne, Mrs. A. Alton, Mrs. E. McManus, Mrs. Warner, Mrs. C. A. Eraser, Mrs. Robertson, Mrs. Killick, Mrs. brick, Mvs. McKay, Mrs. Hamilton, Miss T. Birss, Miss Pat Killick, Miss K. Birss, Miss Munroe, Miss S. Davis, M iss M. Royson, Miss Gwcn Morgan, Miss Grace Cambridge, -Miss Nathali Newton, Miss Betty McComb, Miss Jean Drummond, Miss Jean Clark, .Miss Mollv Rogue, Miss Pat Bogue, M iss Patricia King, Miss Mary Hewson, Miss Rona Freeman, Miss Doreen Halsv, .Miss J.
