LAND VALUATIONS
Applications for reductions in the capital valuo of land, including building lots and other small areas, residential properties and areas of three acres and over, made by owners of freehold properties in various parts of the Auckland Province under Section 4 of the Valuation of Land Amendment Act, 1033, are advertised by the Valuation Department. A list of the properties in any district may bo obtained up to October 21 by making application at the office of the Local Rating Authority for the district or at the Valuation Office, High Street, Auckland.
