REID CUP TEAMS MATCH [BY TELEGRAPH —OWN correspondent] MORRINSVILLE, Tuesday Shooters from all parts of South Auckland gathered at the Morrinsville Gun Club's grounds, Kereone Road, for a challenge contest for the It. T. Itcid Cup. The weather was fine, but a tricky wind inado conditions difficult, with the result that there were more birds dropped than usual, and several prominent shooters failed to score consistently. Six teams of soven men competed for the Reid Cup, for which conditions are 15 birds, all off 16yds, with a possible of 105. The Hamilton team won the cup with a score of 04. Taumarunui scored ft 7, Cambridge, 86, Otorohauga, 812, Huntly, 81, and Morrinsville, 80. Possibles wore shot by It. E. Farrow (Hamilton), \V. O'Kane (Hamilton), M. Pratt (Otorohanga), and J. Ozanne (Taumarunui). In a trophy shoot of 15 birds, possibles were scored by W. J. McMiken (15yds), E. Lightfoot (11yds), and Seymour (12yds). A second nine-bird handicap attracted 30 shooters. Malcolm (15yds), A. Aitken (16yds), Garvan (11yds), Newccmba (llyds), shot the possible and divided.
