The Federal Line steamer Cumberland is now to sail for Wellington to-day to complete unloading cargo from London. The Awahou, which is loading at Central Wharf, is now to sail for Gisborne, Napier, and Wairoa at five o'clock this evening. The Canadian Highlander is to sail for Wellington, Lyttelton, Tirnaru and Dunedin to-morrow evening to complete unloading cargo from Montreal. THE JAMES COOK The James Cook left Newcastle for Lyttelton and Dunedin on Monday. WAIPAIII FROM APIA The Waipahi is due from Apia at seven o'clock to-morrow morning. After unloading her fruit cargo and also loading she is to sail for Portland, Napier, Wellington and Dunedin, to-morrow night. AUSTRALIND FROM NEW YORK Under charter to the A. and A. Line..the \ustralind is scheduled to leave New York for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Australia to-morrow. She is due at Auckland about November 11. TANKER SOUTH AFRICA The tanker South Africa is expected from Wellington about Friday morning. After unloading bulk petrol for the Texas Oil Company she is to sail for San Pedro on Saturday. KANNA SAILED After being sold to the Japanese the Union Company's cargo steamer Kanna sailed fur Newcastle yesterday afternoon. She will tow the steamer Loongana from Australia to Japan, where both vessels will be scrapped. THE REMUERA The New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Remuera arrived at Lyttelton from Wellington yesterday to continue loading. Her other loading ports are Napier and Auckland. She is scheduled to clear Auckland for London, via Panama, on October 24. THE HERTFORD The Federal Line steamer Hertford is now due from New Plymouth on Monday to complete loading for London, Avonmouth. Liverpool and Glasgow. She is scheduled to sail for London, via Panama, on October 15. CANADIAN CHALLENGER DELAYED The departure of the Canadian Challenger I for New York, Boston and Montreal yesterday morning was delayed owing to a crack having developed in the vessel's furnace. After repairs have been made she is expected to sail to-morrow evening. RUAHINE FROM LONDON The New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Ruahine is scheduled to leave London for W'ellincrton, via Suva, to-morrow. The vessel is due at Wellington on November 25 to land passengers before she proceeds to Lyttelton, Port Chalmers and Bluff to unload cargo. WANGANELLA FROM SYDNEY An exceptionally fine weather passage was experienced by the W r anganella, which arrived from Sydney yesterday afternoon and is unloading at Queen's Wharf. She is scheduled to sail for Sydney at 8 o'clock to-morrow night. Included in the cargo being unloaded are transhipments ex the following vessels:—Mooltan, Automedon, Tanion Maru, Taiping and Ormonde. PORT FREMANTLE LOADING The Port Line motor-ship Port Fremantle arrived at BlufT from Launceston on Monday to load in New Zealand. Her loading ports are Bluff, Lyttelton, Wanganui, Wellington, Napier, Gisborne and Auckland. She is scheduled to reach Auckland on October 22, and to sail for London, via ('ape Horn, Montevideo and Tenerifl'e, on October 28. THE LINDENBANK The Bank Line steamer Lindenbank arrived from Nauru Island yesterday morning and berthed at King's Wharf to unload her cargo of SfiOO tons of phosphates. Strong south-east winds, reaching at times to gale force, were experienced except during the last three days of the> passage, when light southerly winds and fine weather prevailed. The vessel is expected to complete discharge about Friday. Her future movements have not been announced.
