NEW ZEALANDERS ABROAD

[from our own correspondent] \ LONDON, Sept. 16 Lieut.-Colonel R. Puttick, N.Z.S.C., who is 011 duty in England, has been attending the Army manoeuvres. On their termination this week, he will bg attached for three months to the staff at the War Office, and then he will attend the Imperial Defence College at Buckingham Gate for one year t' r oru about the middle of January, 1937. Mrs. Puttick and her three daughters are living in Kensington. Mr. Ben Myers, of Auckland, is in Switzerland. He has been touring in Ireland and Scotland. Dr. J. B. Condliffe and Mrs. Condlifl'o have left for Australia, accompanied by tlieir son and daughter. Dr. Condi iff© is now on the 'stall of tho Imperial Economic Committee. 1 hev will go on to New Zealand after a few weeks in Australia, and have arranged to return to England by tho Queen Mary on March 2.
