DEATH PACT TRAGEDY
LAWYER AND A WOMAN BODIES FOUND IN A CAR MELBOURNE, Oct. 3 A death pact was revealed yesterday at Coleraine, a town in Western Victoria, 100 miles from Melbourne. Leo Cussen Fitzgerald, aged 4S, a solicitor, and Clare Dohle, 39, were found dead in a sedan car on a lonely road. Apparently they had been dead several days. The news of the tragedy was received by Fitzgerald's partner in a registered letter from Fitzgerald in which the writer expressed hiss intention of committing suicide. The letter contained Fitzgerald's •will and stated where his body would be found. Investigations were made immediately and the bodies were found at the place that had been indicated. A length cf - rubber hose ixom the exhaust of the car had been passed into the interior j through a window. _ Fitzgerald was a, married man with i three children.
